Please make sure you are aware of the following:
- Email Accounts: Your Pomona MyMail account is yours to keep as an Alumnus/a. Access the MyMail web interface.
- Email Addresses: [email protected] will remain with you as an alum. If you have other email aliases, they will be removed on December 1, so always use the [email protected] format in your correspondences.
- Personal pages, website, and network file spaces: Your pages and network file space will be removed on December 1. Be sure to copy what you want and save it to another form of file storage, such as a flash drive, external hard disk, or cloud storage.
- Box Account: If you have created a Pomona Box account, it will automatically convert itself to a personal Box account and be subject to the terms of service for a personal account. The disk quota will be reduced from unlimited to 5GB, and additional allocation will be available for purchase through Box.com.
- Slack: access will be removed on July 1.
- DUO: This will also be removed from your account on December 1.
- Zoom: access will be removed on July 1.
- Transcripts: You can access your transcripts via Parchment.
- MyPassword Manager: This tool will provide self-service access to reset your Pomona email and portal passwords if forgotten. Access the MyPassword password manager.
